Love from Becky Xxxxxxx	Q, Jack: Your chocolate caramel cupcakes sound yummy. How did you make them? Can you make them as muffins? A, Hi Tom, Yes here is the muffin recipe. I changed the chocolate chips for caramel chips. 25g cocoa powder, I tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 60g caster sugar, 2 tbsp vegetable oil,100ml whole milk, 50g chocolate chips, 100g icing sugar for the top.

They have been enjoying all the lovely weather we have had. Jack and Jon make sure they have fresh water, and are fed and brushed daily, I think the pigs are loving all the attention.
Hi Everyone I decided to dust off my old roller skates to help me keep fit. I was a little rusty to start, but I am gradually getting better and have even added a few turns and spins. Mario the dog is not impressed!	I have been keeping busy baking cakes, I really miss going out on bus, I go out for walks once a day. Today I’m hoping to make pineapple upside down cake hope to see you soon.
